Two Pair

A two pair has two cards of the same rank, plus an additional card. When there is a tie, the highest pair wins. If the highest pair is also the same, then the next pair bags the pot.

One Pair

One pair simply has two cards of the same rank, and three additional cards. The value of the pair determines the winner when there is a tie. If players have the same pair, then the best hand is determined by the value of the highest additional card.

High Card

When a hand doesn't rank amongst any of the category, then it is a high card. It is judged on the value of the highest-ranked card among the five. If players have the same highest card, then the value of the sequence counts.
